TRAXART currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout, when available, for an additional charge.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
Orders ship from our location in Florida through FedEx.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside TRAXART’s control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipment confirmation is sent.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Address changes and cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact TRAXART as soon as possible.
